Calgary Sketch Artist :)

As a party caricature artist in Calgary I constantly get called " Calgary Sketch Artist".....I guess I'll go with that....:) Just a couple caricatures from yesterday's party in Calgary. I couldn't draw the guest holding the caricature as the line-up was too long and I never had time for a proper pose.... but all good!! :)

Wow...it was a busy day drawing caricatures on Canada Day in Strathmore...….it was a full five hours of one guest after another and right at THE very end the wind and rain started up....:)

Just a couple kids party caricatures drawn in Calgary....I get a chance to draw a quick body, gag, etc. unless there are a hundred kids and I'm the only caricature artist, then I just draw head and shoulders to keep the line moving.

Sometimes I get busy at a corporate event such as this one and just have no time for pictures. This beautiful event I drew caricatures at was for BMW....this couple were repeat customers as I've drawn for BMW for approx. five years now. The coupe are fantastic as well!!! :)

Caricature Venues

Above are a few of the venues I had the opportunity to draw caricatures in Calgary over the Christmas season. The staff always takes extra care to have these venues looking great before the guests arrive.....hats off to you! The bottom picture was the scenery I looked onto in the area I was situated drawing caricatures....sometimes it was tough to only look at the subject I was drawing.....:)
